Massage your scalp with a tiny bit of peppermint oil then shampoo (very well) and condition. Repeat twice a week. The peppermint oil stimulates your scalp and promotes blood flow to make your hair grow it worked for me because I had two inches of hair on my head now my hair is past my shoulders

My hair is past my waist. I usually wash my hair in hot/warm water. The warm water makes your hair grow where as cold water makes your hair shiny. Do not use heat on your hair if you want your hair to grow. Heat damages your hair and causes it to break.

Biotin helps a whole lot. Coconut oil and moroccan oil as well. The main thing is keeping your scalp healthy and massaging it with oils daily. Light oils that won't weigh down your hair. You can use heat but make sure to regulate it and try to only use it on special occasions.
Hope this helps!
