I have dry, medium length hair with highlights. Are there any shampoos and conditioners you can recommend? I've recently read about the effect of sulphates on the hair so now I'm clueless as to what to buy. Thanks :)

My mom has color treated hair and she uses Suave. So that is what I would recommend :).

I would recomend you ask your hairdresser because they would know if your hair is oily, fine, thick ect. I think they would know best :) cause we all have differnt hair and recomendations.

Pureology essential repair. It's a little pricey but it's sulfate free and it's great for dry damaged hair.

Pureology NanoWorks. Best shampoo ,pricey but don't use it like every day as it will obvs run out X.

Different things work for different people as everyone has different hair. But honestly? Go to Walmart and try out different sulphate free shampoos, or even Sephora.

Organix coconut milk or something like that you can find it at Walmart or target and it's cheap

Thanks girls, in hindsight it would be better to ask my hair dresser who can properly look at my hair. Good advice that I will definitely follow :)
