Gel nail idea?

Can you use normal regular nail varnish and put a gel top coat and cure it as you would with a normal gel? So then I still get to use my regular nail varnishes , let me know thoughts please?

I don't think you can... It makes bubbles... Like coating oil with water😓...BUT... Have you tried Vinylux?? I can only find it online... It's a polish and topcoat... Wears like gel... I'm very hard on my nails and it stays for about 13 days chip free!! Take it off like regular polish!! Look into it... I wonder if I can use that topcoat over a regular polish and have the same longevity

Several sites say you can buy you need to wait a few hours before applying the gel, to ensure that the reg polish has dried. or wait over night. try it and see if you have both products already.
