Nuturing your scalp. It's the MAIN growing point of hair. Try the brand of shampoos and conditioners called "Clear". I use them and they help a lot! They've grown my hair out so thick and strong!

When you wash your hair, massage the roots. This way your hair molicles will grow and and your hair will grow healthy. Don't forget to put lotions for dry hair and split ends so your hair can grow in a healthy way. It worked out very well for me.

I have extra long hair (past my butt) I haven't done anything too special but I do use a wet brush and brush while rinsing my conditioner out..and keep it up in a bun most of the time.
