Well first off (not to be rude) get ride of those curtains! lol and you can buy cute bed spreads and curtains at walmart and target. also at gordmans you can get cute things for your walls for cheap!

Add a mirror to the white storage unit and a chair or stool that would be a nice vanity ;) also hang the board above your bed kind of like a head board. Go to Ross you'll find so cute stuff to decorate. And you can find a nice bedspread and curtains their as well. Or try target.

Add mirror for your dressing table... And for your makeup and accessories... Purchase small cute looking boxes and arrange them into it...you can change your curtains and buy some bright bedsheets...

Get some paint chips from a hardware store/paint store and cut them out into circles or hearts and glue onto fishing line. you could also tie the fishing line onto a hula hoop and hang it above your bed.

Turn your old armiore into a supply closet for all your things so your room stays clean.

Or just paint/wallpaper the inside of a dresser or bookshelf to add some color. I heard of this cute idea of making a painting on canvas by melting crayons with a hairdryer so that they melt down the canvas and it looks really cool. that will give you some color.
