To begin with, curl eyelashes and put clear mascara. Then put tinted lip balm, tinted mostruizer and a light blush.
For the hair: you should fishtail it.

I recommend using a bb cream with spf if you have one. maybe waterproof mascara and a little bit of eyeliner if you're not comfortable going out without makeup. you definitely don't want to go out with a lot of eyeliner because its going to smear like crazy. (I've sadly done it before). and most importantly, don't forget sunblock! even if you want a nice tan, you should still wear it. a lot of people think that wearing sunblock stops you from getting a tan but that's a myth! it helps sunburn so you can still become crispy if ud like :)

Most makeup will just come off use use water proof products and put your hair in a bun and just have fun.

Makeup:
BB cream or nothing
A little waterproof mascara
Hair:
French braid
Side braid
Ponytail
(Don't do anything 'messy' or 'volumized' or it'll be messed up the second you get in the water)
Pack some touch-up makeup for afterwards, and a towel and hand cream :) have fun!
