I used to used straighten/curl my hair everyday during schoo but now that its summer my hair is more damaged then ever and I only use my straightener and stuff twice a week sometimes less. Why is this happening? What can help?

Use a good shampoo n conditioner and hairmask weekly once.. n dun 4gt to apply hair serum.. I use the kerastase brand n its amazing.. massage well with hot coconut oil atleast 1-2 hrs before you wash your hair..
hope it works 4u as it did 4me :)

Try to go natural for summer, and use a hair mask. You could even make one at home with egg, olive oil and honey.

I read that if you sleep with your hair in a braid, it will reduce hair damage. I don't know if it works, but no harm trying!

Cut your hot tools down to once a month and deep condition 1 -2 times a week use olive oil and coconut oil on your ends and see if you can get just maybe a half inch trimmed so it can be healthy.
