You should wait until the warmer weather is over with and you will return back to your natural color. Be happy with your natural tan. So many people want it!

Papaya soap is really helpful. You can find them usually at Filipino markets, as they are pretty popular in the PI. Likas is a popular soap brand. Also many Asian beauty markets or stores sell a lot of whitening products as well. Hope this helps! I've personally used Likas not solely for the whitening purposes (I'm pretty pale), but to even out some dark spots on my body such as underarms, elbows, etc. I've used it for years, and it works great. Tip: Make sure to follow with lotion, as the soap could be a little drying.

Lemons! Lots of lemon juice and exfoliation will naturally lighten the skin.
