Is this your natural hair color? I find the darker your natural hair color is the harder it is to pull off lighter colors. If your natural hair color is lighter than this then I say go ahead, but if it's this dark I would go red or even darker for a change

When you lighten your hair, it's best to do it gradually, lightening it over time for two reasons. First of all it's healthier for your hair to strip the color more gradually, deep conditioning over time. Secondly, it helps you find what kind of tone you like along the way.

I agree, the honey blonde will look nice, but I would keep either some deep lowlights in or do an ombre style to keep your dark bows from making the look seem unbalanced or fake. Good luck, hope this helps
