I had the same problem! My hair was a mess I straighted it every single day but now I let it breathe. You can cut it and let it breathe and search for natural shampoos...and don't straight your hair for a while.

DO NOT USE HEAT FOR MONTHS! Mine got terrible after only a couple of months. Get loads cut off, use deep conditioner or hair masks, don't wash too regularly, let it dry naturally, don't tie it too tight because it will break. Just give it tons of TLC and love your hair :)x

Paulina is right jus let your hair settle dwn. no heat. no sulfate shampoos. no haur sprays. say yes to eating almonds walnuts n a bowl of sprouts daily with lots of water.

Mix olive oil sesame seed oil almond oil coconut oil. warm. apply root to tip. wear shower cap blowdry. heat will help oil seep deep. sleep. wash next mrng. condtion.

I had a worse problem when I bleached my hair so I trimmed only the split ends. Then I took Biotin pills and drank a lot of water. I also used hello hydration conditioner.

Deep condition and try to use no heat
let your hair air dry and your going to have to cut it if there's obvious damage
