Go on maybelline or revlon. Com and one of those have makeup tutorials and there good I can't remember which but one of them I'm positive.

Easiest ways I've found for beginners are using sephora smoky eye palette (they have for different eye shades) and comes with a tutorial. also coastal scents also has a nice smoky palette. one if the necessary tools for a smoky eye is a tapered blending brush as well as a smoky brush.
