Try contouring with a foundation that is a couple shades darker than your skin tone. This will ensure that it stays on all day. Just make sure to blend well.

Hi I'm a cosmetologist! moisturize! if youre not moisturizing before you apply your make up (or ever!) then your face will actually produce more than if you did consistently use a moisturizer! its weird I know but I promise it will make a big difference. primers are useful, but without your skin having a proper moisture balance your it will always overproduce oil and no primer in the world will save your make up from that.

Moisturizer and prime face. Make sure to let products settle into skin for a few minutes before applying the next. Finish make up routine with a setting powder then, setting spray. Hope that helps.

Like most persons have said use a moisturizer and a good primer. but then again that depends on your skin type. if you have oiky skin then you need to invest in an oil free primer and probabky use milk of magnesia as a primer to cut back the oil. which is probably the case if your makeup isnt lasting for more than an hour. also try using an oil free foundation like MUFE as its water based. like maria said try using a darker foundation or concealor as your contour.

I use setting sprays before my foundation and after my makeup application... Also what are you using to contour? is it cream or powder?
