If I were you, I wouldn't wear heels, that would look a little skimpy since you're showing a lot of skin. I would say a black ballerina flat or a very very low wedge

I would wear it with some bright shoes or gold. I would definitely put a color with it though to give it a less dull look (as far as color...the outfit itself isn't dull, just the coloring if you were to pair it with white or nude)

Cute pieces! I think many things could work, depending on how you want to wear it. For a casual look maybe low converse, and to jazz it up a bit either low wedges or ballerina flats.
