I have just started wearing make-up. and i love these new wild looks tht match your outfits. I am a very colorful person in fact my nick name is rainbow brite. what is the best way to start wear muilt color eyeshadows for africa american skin tones?

What's your budget? There are so many brands out there you can get bright colors. If you're willing to spend some money you can check out Make-up Forever, MAC, Sugar Pill, Inglot, OCC, Urban Decay and Nars. If you're on a budget you can check out NYX, Glamour Doll Eye (they have samples for $1.25) Wet n Wild, Milani and other drug store brands.

NYX has wonderfully pigmented shadows for a great price! Almost alll of my products are NYX, and although I'm obviously not african-american, I think it'd be a great place for you to start n___n

The best way to wearing bright eyeshadow for any skin tone is BLENDING. Since you're starting out check on Wet n Wild eyeshadows.
