So I've heard a little about the biotin pills for hair growth but not to much informed.. Can someone please tell me do they work?? Or something about them please:)

Good for hair nails skin takes awhile to see a difference but after a little bit you'll see a change.for the better in you're hair skin + nails.

I heard they make your body hair grow thicker too but I don't know if its true.

I think it's a hit or miss for some people. I started taking a double dose (loading dose) a couple months ago and I'm just now seeing results in my nails. My nails delaminate (the layers peel apart)... It's awful. But in combination with using proper filing techniques, and keeping them covered they have improved leaps and bounds. As for my hair I haven't seen much difference.

They don't make your hair grow faster. The only time it will help out grow faster is if you aren't already getting the right nutrition for hair growth.
