1st stay away from heat as much as you can! Use Argon oil or the products that give you full hair and really tight curls, at night try to TWIST it yes I said it lol but you'll love your hair let me know if this works out :)

Hair grows by what you put in your body, because it's waste just like fingernails. Eat lots of protein and vegetables with keratin, and exercise to speed up the process :)

There is an avocodo/coconut oil at Target you can use to help your hair grow back fast. :) Look it up!
