So I decided to get my hair done yesterday the plan was to get the top blonde and the bottom keep it red but after the bleaching and toning and all my hair still stayed orange I hate it! So can someone please give me advice on how to fix it.

Fudge Violet shampoo! Don't be frightened of the deep purple. It makes your hair look a beautiful blonde. Ill send a pic. I had the same problem! You get it online, I used amazon.

The salon you went to needs to fix the problem they created. Or call around to a few other salons and as for someone specifically trained in color. That's totally ridiculous that they sent you home with orange hair.

They need to fix it. Go back in and tell them to do another toner. Also, you will need to maintain that blonde, so you should get some sort of at home toning shampoo or conditioner for blondes. I love the It's a 10 5 minute blonde repair. It conditions your hair really well and tones it also. I like to put it on dry and leave it on for like a half an hour, then take a shower.

Yeah, you definitely need to go back in and rip them a new asshole. I am a hairdresser and that is ridiculous. You should not pay for their mistakes. That needs probably be bleached again and seriously toned. Like possibly two toners. They should not have let you leave like that. At all.
