Yes, anything you use can break you out, I have also heard of that product breaking people out.

I use this BB cream and I hadn't made me break out anywhere yet but I have been using it for quite some time. The only thing I don't like about it is the product for the price. It gives you hardly any coverage and it's $14. But different products react differently to everybody. If it seems like you are breaking out from it, I suggest the Maybelline Dream Fresh BB cream.

I'm not sure but never has broken me out! It's very moisturizing and light coverage for me
