I loved it I was a dark brown and now a orange caramel color..
it didn't damage my hair at all
I didn't use the processing lotion because I heard that it darkness your hair... The only thing bad I have to say about it was the smell I wash my hair more than 3 time like the box said and I still can't get out now but I like my hair :)
