Primer on eyebrows?

I was just wondering if its wierd to put primer on your eyebrows? I have patchy brows and have to fill them in with browliners, or eyeshadow. I usually put on primer for my foundation so I just put it on my eyebrows too. I don't know if its just me but when I do the liner/shadow tends to not smudge or come off or clump like it does without primer. I was just wondering if other people do that O.o.

I think I'm going to try it! I always check up on my brows and I never thought to use a primer. Thanks!
