I really like revlon color stay. Its a retractable liner. I prefer them over pencils because I have a habit of breaking them lol.

NYX Slide on pencils. They are almost an exact dupe for Urban Decay and there are so many awesome colors! Personally ELF pencil liners haven't worked for me.

Urban Decay 24/7 Pencils are the best. I purchased mine in a set and it was a really good deal, like $30-something for 6 travel sized eyeliners. My favorite colors are Demolition, Zero, and Empire. This is a pretty good deal:
