Try using a dark purple to bring out the green in your eyes! Urban decay rockstar eyeliner is great for that! :)

I recommend nude on your upper lid. & on your lower lashline use a MATTE colorful eyeliner halfway across along with this take a more shimmery version of the color & blend, blend , blend:) this will make your eyes appear larger & brighter. Hope this helps.
