Glamglow face clearing mask is awesome! its kinda pricey about $70 at sephora but totally worth it! it literally sucked the few break outs I had away! you can get about 20 full masks out of it and a ton of spot treatments!

Make sure she is on a consistent skin care regimen! If it doesn't help have her go to the dermatologist! They helped me a ton!

Try the oil cleansing method - it worked wonders for me. Sweet almond oil specifically. Also, make sure you're changing your pillow cases at LEAST once a week as they become dirty with the overnight accumulation of sweat and oils from your face.

Coconut oil is great I use that. And I have no blemishes. It disappeared my dark spots to.

Drink a lot of water! Exercise! These two are big ones imo. Also I recently discovered Lush's Grease Lightning spot treatment and it is AWESOME! clear up pimples very fast! Make sure that she's washing her face in the morning and before bed. Never fall asleep with makeup on, its very bad, it'll clog up your pores and break you out more. Facials masks are good too- I recommend mixing honey/lemon/oats and using it at least 3x a week! Honey is antibacterial, oats help exfoliate and lemon will fade spots.
