So each time I use my oil free pink grapefruit neutrogena face scrub. My far always gets dry patches even on my eyelids. Any like after wards moisturizer for your face?

Maybe try a different face wash.

Aloe Vera gel mixed in with your moisturizer should help and it also gets rid of irritation if you have any

Get a different facewash :) that ones really harsh. and get a moisturizer

Try out a different scrub! A really good one is St. Ive's Apricot Scrub. Also, a good daytime moisturizer is Cetaphil Oil Control SPF 15 Daily Moisturizer, and at night No7 Night Cream for Normal/Dry Skin is really good. Highly reccommend both, they keep my face moisturized, but not oily either! :)
