I think it depends. If they are done really well and the person doing them is talented, I think they can look cute. But if they aren't done well they can look messy and tacky

I like them I had them before it just depends on the person that's doing them I don't have pictures on my phone but I do have so ex: like I said if the person does not know how to draw is not going to look good I think you have to know how to draw to make them look good.

Oh they are cute but I meant the 2 toned cartoon nails. Say blue Polish with a black out line. :-)
