So... this is kinda embarrising BUT I have some bumps on my butcheeks. they are not like acne or pimples but red spots that look a little like pimples.. how can I get rid of them?? budget friendly solutions would be best  :-)?

I have tried that but it doesn't seem to help.. I exfoliate my entire body once a week.. could I use the same toner as I use on my face?

Use whatever skin care products you use on your face. "Face wash" isn't strictly for your face, you can use any kind of anti-acne treatment/product on really any part of your body. I get those too sometimes and I'll use my black head scrub that I always use and by the next day or two it's all gone!
