Sounds like ingrown hairs. See a derm right away. Sometimes they can inject them for rapid clearing.

I dab a teeny drop of Retin-a gel 0.5% on the zit before bed, it shrinks it down (a big one) after 2 days. 3 days you can't even tell it was there at all. Good luck. Try not to stress, it'll make you break out more. Drink more water.

Most likely cysts popping up from possible stress! Yes, I highly recommend what Rozberry says for getting the injections for these types of breakouts, just because normally they can take forever to clear up on their own. With the injections they start to clear up in about 12-24 hours.

90% alcohol on a cotton ball wipe your breakouts with it after you wash your face. Will clear it up. Make sure you moisturize with a light moisturizer though.

Try Mario Badescu Buffing Lotion. Its worked very well for me. I got a cyst on my nose of all places and it has shrunk quite a bit after about 3 days. Its like a miracle in a bottle. I got mine at Ulta for 17 bucks...Good Luck!
