I use honey, lemon, coconut oil, and sugar. It has completely cleared up the break outs I always get on my chin.

I also use olive oil instead of coconut oil because of its availability. I love to throw a few drops of mint and or orange and lavender essential oils into it. Would never use in my face but definitely body and lips and have made a version with mayonnaise for my hair and scalp. ( my face is a sensitive B. so that's why no to all over face application. Lol)
