Well as far as the tummy area..I can't help you. I'm on baby #4 so I couldn't tell you what a toned, flat belly looks like anymore. Lol I know that walking/running helps all areas, including your stomach. I have a lot of stairs where I live, n that keeps my legs in shape. But squats are good for all of your lower half n weights, arm dips, pushups, etc.for arms. Oh..but by far the most fun exercise for me personally is dancing (any kind)!! I hope I helped a little?? :-/

Yoga is one thing or you could also do running. A great one that not a lot of people think about is jumping rope... It helps you lose more calories/fat than running. For the last few months I have been doing around 100 crunches/sit ups per day and I am on my way to a six pack!

Swimming is amazing - I try to eat healthy as much as I can but as a university student you know how hard that can be, but swimming keeps me in pretty good shape without having to do much else. The great thing about it is that it works out the parts of the body that need to be worked on (back, stomach, legs and arms). I'm all trying out the 30-day squat challenge but I'm only on day 2 so I'm not really qualified to comment on its effectiveness.

I do atleast 35-40 minutes elliptical with 20 min of some kind of strength training afterwards like the machines. I've lost 20lbs in the last three years slow and steady wins the race.

I lost a bunch of weight by doing cardio every day for a month or two and now I'm just using a sit-ups app called "SitUps" lol and it build up the amount of sit-ups you do every time you work out which is three times a week but you can choose to do the exercises whenever you want! For me it's really not that difficult and doesn't take much effort compared to what I was doing to lose the initial weight. I hope that helps :$

I don't know if you have access to a ballet studio or classes at your local college or community center. But that has been kicking my ass for 10 years! I love doing isometric stuff. Squats with feet turned out are good for the nice round girl butt. Suck n tuck! I do a lot of plank variations and theraband exercises for the arms. Get a Swiss ball if you don't have one. Find a person to sit on a stool for you while you recline on the ball with your back. Hold the stool with your arms extended above your head. Now lift your legs to 90 degrees so you make an L shape. It is so hard to balance but that's the point. Go from extended like you are flat. Don't let your feet hit the floor and back to the L. You may get to 3 the first time before you're ready to quit but you'll feel it. I only do like 25 on a good day and I'm solid. It creates that line down the center of your abs and will feel like its ripping you in half. Then I do whittlers for the obliques. Lying on back lift legs to a 45 degree angle. Bend one knee and keeping shoulders off the floor twist your opposite elbow to knee and switch. Jogging helps with losing fat (cardio cardio cardio) and these will help you tone. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water daily. Eat your largest meal in the morning and smallest at night. Eat 4-6 small meals daily (ppl forget the stomach is a muscle and also needs to be worked out via food) if you drink soda, quit it. You should be feeling great in just a few weeks with results. Good luck and remember weight is just a number and love your body no matter what because if you don't, no one else will! Xoxoxo Ashes.
