For mascara I highly recommend covergirl. Its pretty and so easy

Sorry! For eyeliner I use Elf. Its an excelent brand and their eyeliner is only a dollar! I also use Elf for eyeshadow.

Drugstore: Rimmel do good skin stuff and I love L'Oreal Mascara
High end: Bobbi brown do great concealer, foundation, gel eyeliner and cream blush, MAC do great eyeshadow which also works on eyebrows and I love Estee Lauder double wear mascara.
