If by amusement park you mean something like bush gardens then I always go with my waterproof applicants. You never know if you may sweat , ewww, or decide to go on a water ride. Plus you won't have to touch up your makeup thought your trip.

Waterproof eyeliner and mascara. Sprits a dab of hair spray on your face as well an it helps a whole lot for the rest of your makeup to stay put!

Wear light face makeup, youll be in natural light so you don't't want too much. Tinted moisturizer, some cheek/lip stain, waterproof eyeliner :)

I can't believe I have to keep saying this, but do not use hairspray on your face! Almost all of them have very strong chemicals in them that are irritants to the eyes and skin. Use a setting spray (UD All-Nighter is great, NYX and ELF both have affordable options) if you want your face makeup to last all day.
