I personally love; Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Gel. You could also use a primer too such as MAC Prep & Prime Face Protect SPF 50, which helps control oil. :)

Just go to Walmart or Target and look for anything that says oil control. I believe clean n clear has one. I didn't love it though...it actually dried my face down too much and it came in a pretty small tube. But it might work for you. Or you could try The Body Shop. They have a line of stuff with tea tree oil that helps with acne and oil. I think their oil control lotion was $13. I had that as well and liked it a bit better. My all time favorite one is from Philosophy. It's $39 but it works the best at controlling oil and breakouts while still hydrating the skin. Alba Botanica also has an oil control lotion I think. Their brand is usually at Walmart and Target but no store ever seems to have anywhere close to the full product line so you might have to order it online. I haven't tried the oil control lotion but have a few other products and am pleased with them.

Just add a few drops of glycerin to your cover up.
