Wouldn't call it a miracle. All supplements work differently on all people, so you just have to see how it works for you. Give it time. You'll probably start to see a difference in a week to two weeks of persistent use.

This question drives me nuts. Lol. Seriously. Our bodies PRODUCE biotin NATURALLY. If you don't have a biotin deficiency there's really no reason to take it. Have you seen all the women on here complaining that they had a 'bad reaction' to taking biotin (acne, weight gain, nightmares, insomnia, etc)? That's because they're feeding their bodies an excess amount of a supplement...

It will only help if your body is actually deficient in it.

It's just a vitamin b complex. you'd be better taking a multivitiamin with biotin in it cause if your not getting the rest of your vitamins your body won't absorb it anyway. Generally A-Z multivitamins will have it in, you can get them at any drugstore or supermarket I think =]

I heard it makes the rest of your hair on your BODY grow fast as well?? Is that true at all??

Yes it does. girls need their vitamins. it enhances hair growth, nail growth and and at times is good for skin.

@Emalee a. It could be. Have you talked to your doctor about it?

@heather no I have been meaning too. I just don't have insurance at the time.

@Alia R. That doesn't necessarily mean you have a Biotin deficiency. Check with your doctor before you take it, unless you want to risk all the negative from taking an excess amount of a vitamin (acne, insomnia, nightmares, weight gain, etc).

@emalee a. Try checking with your doctor ASAP. You could also stop taking the Biotin and see if there's a decrease in your hair loss over the next few months.
