Try to wear clothes with light colors like pink an beige so all the attention goes to your face. Wear a bit of concealer under your eyes, some mascara and a light pink lipgloss. :)

Brown eyeliner always looks nice with green. Darker tan eyeshadow (in moderation) looks very nice.
I personally wouldn't go for black if your 13
Cause I'm 15 and I don't use it unless I'm doing or going somewhere fancy. Black is just too much at a young age if you want natural.
But hey: try it you never know.

BEST thing for green eyes is purple makeup! If you want to go natural on your eyeshadow the best eyeliner is urban decays rockstar, it's a dark purple eyeliner that really REALLY makes a difference with green eyes! Promise :)

Purples..rich dark tones. Physicians formula has shadows and killer gel liners based on eye color. I always get compliments when I wear them. Also...golds..white frosts with dark liner work for me. Good luck!
