Help, frizzy hair how do I keep it straight??

So here's my problem..
How do I keep my hair from becoming so curly?, I straighten it an put this Wen stuff into it but it never stays!

Make sure your hair is dry, and put a dry oil in it. (John freida 3 day straight is fantastic. It's not an oil, but you put it on before you straighten) then apply a little smoothing serum.
