This isn't really a tip, but it is an amazing recommendation. Everyday people struggle with what's "good" & what's "affordable". Thankfully , I have TWO products that fall into both those category's. If you need a very pigmented black eyeliner, you're in luck. If you need a great liner stencil to help apply it, again you're in luck. These two products are under four dollars and very worth the $$$. Down below , I have posted a picture of the products and them applied on my eye for an example. Enjoy!
