I thought if never stop... Then I read somewhere that we tend to tear and bite and pick at ragged nails - so to carry a file everywhere and when you have a snag or tear to quickly file it smooth so you won't bite at it or mess with it... I was skeptical. It worked! I still do this trick.

Same advice as Hannah. Getting gel nails was very effective obviously :D when they came off my nails were so long and beautiful I didn't dare bite them off.

Get gel tips on the ends at a salon I don't think it's too expensive but if you can go to Walmart and get like nail polish you out on your nails that tastes really bad! Good luck!!:)

My sister had the same habit!! Put hand sanitizer on the tips of your fingers or buy that gel stuff for your finger nails. Or you can paint your nails REALLY nice.
