I have a friend who loves lipstick but can never no matter what stop it from bleeding. She has a lot of wrinkles around her lips.does anyone know of a process out solution to help her out?

I would say exfoliate the lips, lip primer, foundation, liner, then color.

I second what Jacqueline H mentioned. If that doesn't work I don't know what else will because I've seen my makeup artist use that same method right down to the same products and when the girls hit the hot stage lights their lips still look on point. And she has to work on women with almost no fat in their faces due to body building so lines are commonplace.

Use a lip scrub,use a primer or plumper by Benefit,lipliner n a good lipstick!some say concealer or foundation.

If you have transparent setting powder you can always try a VERY light dust around the lips... Not necessarily all over cuz it will matifying it. Just around the lips. Or when you clean your lip line with concelear you can always set the concelear with powder.

Hi Tara, I wear concealer on my lips on on the lower lip line. Then I put my lip stick followed by using lip liner. Finishing touch is lip gloss on bottom lip for a cute pout. It really works. My lip stick no longer bleeds. Try it❤
