I have been using coconut oil but then I stopped , now I'm back to curly and I have like model curly hair big and thick, what could I do to make it nicer?

Biotin pills help making hair and nails stronger and increases the rate of growth. And for the hair you can use mousse to tame it :)

Prenatal vitamins, and avoiding heat styling as much as you can. Leaving your hair loose will also help. Wash only twice a week and opt for dry shampoo when your hair is looking oily. Use treatments.
