If you like it up, then maybe an upside down braid that comes up into a ponytail? It's not stiff, and it is still fun and playful like your dress.

I would say a high slicked ponytail with light natural eye shadow but a thick gel eyeliner and mascara. Also a neutral gloss would be lovely, I wore something similar to my prom/formal.
