I wear them for practical purposes. The "blinged" up multi-colored ones with eyelet designs and stuff are too showy for me. Cowboy boots are made to get dirty, so having one with a fancy design seems moot! ;)

Thanks guys I'm going to think on it cus I'm from England not many people wear them I just thought they could look cute and be practical as I'm always getting my shoes dirty and it would make a difference from wearing uggs :)

I live in Texas and most girls around here wear them, but not ones like in the pictures everyone posted. Here they wear regular cowboy boots. People wear them with casual dresses and shorts a lot during the summer...hell I know quite a few people that wore cowboy boots at their wedding along with the bridesmaids.

Square toe are a bit more comfortable since you get some wiggle room. :) But pointed toe can look dressy if you want. Good ol boots are up for anything.
