I'm going on a month long trip soon and I need help with chosing what to bring. I have to pack light and I won't be able to do laundry frequently so I need to bring clothes that I can mix and match. The weather will be pretty hot, but can't wear shorts because it's a school trip.

I suggest things you can layer for different temperatures and occassions. Basic solid color tee-shirts and tank tops, a couple cardigans, some versatile pants (khakis, dark blue jeans, black slacks), and extra socks and underwear. You can fit more into your luggage if you roll your clothes instead of fold. Don't forget to put liquids/creams/gels inside a plastic bag just in case of leaks. If you need to dress things up, bring a couple necklaces or bracelets that can go with any of your outfits. Picking things that all fit into a color family makes mix-match easier. Don't forget flip-flops for when you shower. :)
