I suggest youu put it on after.. I find Putting it on before makes no appearance of brightness nor coverage. Hope this helps :D.

Putting Concealer on before Foundation is a thing of the past. Prolly how your mother taught you as did mind but actually many professionals stress the importance of using Concealer AFTER Foundation.

I use if afterwards because the coverage from the foundation covers most of my discoloration and reduces the amount I would use on massive pimples or under my eyes.
