I just saw a video that said baby shampoo and baking soda will take out permanent hair color. is this true?

I tried this along with everything else when I dyed my hair jet black on accident.. it won't take it out completely, it will help fade it but only to a certain extent.

Dandruff shampoo is meant to strip hair it might work

Won't completely remove it but will lighten it. Cover with a plastic cap and heat it with the hair dryer to help.
