I think side bangs and a lot of layers would suit you really well, though I think that chin length would look better on you. Maybe even a pixie cut...and to be honest, I'd get rid of the dip dye. A light brown haircolour or highlightd would be amazing on you. And if you want dark, I'm pretty sure you could rock black. You'd look like snowwhite.

You could try side bangs, also maybe start light with the colour, fading it to the dark colour if that makes sense.
