It really doesn't matter what order you put it on in as long as you are comfortable with the coverage - since I have crazy dark acne scars I feel better wearing concealer over my foundation but after my foundation I set with a matte setting powder then put concealer then finish with a translucent smoothing setting powder and my skin looks flawless to me so its really up to you and what works for you and your skin issues I have oily/combo skin so the powder "sandwich" so to speak helps keep my face from getting too oily throughout the day
