Their probably filling your nail down to thin. next time you go ask them not to file it down as much. as for pain Tylenol or maybe soak in cold water.

You poor thing wherever you're going must be butchering your nails. Either that or you have an infection. Get them taken off as gently as possible asap and let your nails breathe naturally for at least a month. Hope this helps Good luck :)
