You could use a wide barrel curling iron to get the waves but it might end up more curly.

Get a curling wand and wrap sections for a few seconds only, this will give the loose wave :)

Is it possible with a flat iron? I even have wet curlers, and dry curlers I could use... I don't have money to buy anything. :/

If your flat iron has rounded edges (which most all do) and the outside gets pretty hot like the inside you can wrap your hair with the hot iron instead of a curling iron and hold it for just a few seconds that would work too.
