I'm getting my nose pierced.

I'm getting my nose pierced either tomorrow or on the 1st June. I want a ring but I'm not sure whether my local piercing shop pierces straight away with a ring, I think they use a stud because it's better for healing apparently. People with it done: does it hurt and how long does it take until you can change it?

Doesny hurt at all but you have to have a stud at first.

It's more sore than anything. Which isn't that bad :)

It depends I had a nose piercng a stud and its stings for like a second and since its new its hurts while touchng just in the begining..and I had a baby blue stud :p.
