Shadow or pencil has been easy for me.Even both together.To help thm look clean apply white under brow and on top or lighter concealer.Also an angle brush helps.

When I fill them I use powder and an angled brush, and as lolli said I apply concealer above and below the brow

I use angled eyebrow pencil in dark brown from Face Shop or Innisfree (both Korean)...it is great and easy to use...

I use an angled brush and mixture of dark brown and light brown shadow then brow gel. I like it as natural as possible :))

It's important to use an angled brush. I use one by Borghese, it's amazing. I use Anastasia brow powder duo from Sephora. It's also amazing and long lasting. Leaves a beautiful, natural finish.
